                         Product Description                              

 

The aerator is designed as a slightly raised arched surface with ABS engineering plastic as the main body. The diaphragm has a special rubber (EPDM) with anti adhesion surface, which is made by special processing. The diaphragm opening adopts numerical control to ensure the quality and accuracy of the hole. When the aerator is aerated with oxygen, four air supply tanks are designed on the main panel, so that the incoming air can be buffered by the check valve and directly sent to the center of the aerator head to ensure that the diaphragm can be opened easily at one time with low resistance. The diaphragm is mechanically assembled with rib anti lock to ensure that the diaphragm does not fall off. During air intake, the micropores on the air distribution membrane expand by themselves to ensure air passing through. When the aeration is stopped, the variable micropores on the gas distribution membrane are closed. Because the variable micropores on the gas distribution membrane expand and contract by themselves, the micropores passing through the aerator are not blocked. Secondly, the bottom plate of the aerator is provided with a check valve device to prevent the mixed liquid from entering the gas distribution branch pipe when the gas supply of the pipeline system is stopped, so as to prevent the mixed liquid from entering the branch pipe and being blocked. The incoming air does not need special filtration, and the intermittent aeration is not blocked. A great technical improvement has been made to the phenomenon that the air distribution film is easy to blow and tear, the film cannot be opened or the film is blocked in the variable microporous aerator. These technical reforms make it free from the pain of maintenance in the long-term operation, and it is a new generation of excellent products.

 

                                 Installation                                       

 

During installation, the support tray (with G3 / 4 "internal thread airway in the center) shall be installed on the threaded joint at the top of the air distribution pipe. When the spherical crown microporous aerator works, the upper air distribution pipe enters the aeration diaphragm room through the supporting bracket airway.

Under the action of air pressure, the diaphragm is slightly bulged and the eyelet is opened, and micro bubbles with diameter less than 3mm can be produced in water. Stop the air supply, as the pressure between the diaphragm and the tray decreases gradually, as well as the resilience of the water pressure and the diaphragm itself, make the hole gradually closed, and compact the diaphragm on the support tray. The vertical layout dimension of the aerator is about 230mm from the surface to the bottom of the tank and 110mm from the air distribution center to the bottom of the tank. It can also be scheduled according to the user's requirements. The air distribution pipe should be connected into a ring network to ensure the uniformity of air distribution in the system. Each group shall be equipped with valves to facilitate the adjustment of air volume. The velocity of air duct is generally 10-15m / s for main pipe and 4-5m / s for branch pipe.

When installing the aeration pipe, first fix the regulator at the bottom of the tank with expansion bolts according to the required design size, then fix the air distribution pipe on the regulator with pipe hoop, and then install the aerator after blowing the air pipe.

Commissioning inspection method after the installation of aerator, put clear water into the tank, and the water surface to the surface of aerator is about 100-200mm. Then carry out the following three checks. In the process of water drainage and observation, observe whether the elevation of the aerator is on a horizontal plane, and adjust it (the bottom surface of the pool shall be level during the civil work, and the discharge outlet shall be reserved). Check whether there is air leakage in sealing treatment of all pipeline interfaces. Under the condition of standard ventilation capacity of 2m3 / h, check whether the air distribution of the aerator is uniform, and the ventilation area of each aerator shall be greater than 80%.

 

                                Product Features                             
 

1. The air guide microporous aerator system is mainly composed of imported synthetic rubber aeration membrane (EPDM), base tray, screw gland and other components, all of which are made of engineering plastics. When assembling, just put the rubber diaphragm on the base tray, and put it into the aerator base with sealing line, and then tighten it with screw gland.

 

2. The air guide microporous aerator has 2960 opening and closing holes arranged according to certain rules on the synthetic rubber membrane. When flushing, the air passes through the air distribution pipe. The air evenly enters between the rubber diaphragms. Under the action of air pressure, the film is slightly puffed up, and the holes are opened (the microbubbles generated are ≤ 3mm) to achieve the purpose of air distribution and diffusion. When the air supply is stopped, due to the pressure drop between the film and the base tray, when the pressure disappears, due to the hydraulic pressure and the resilience of the film itself, the hole is gradually closed, and the film is compacted on the base tray. A small amount of dust in the air will not block the gap of the aerator.

 

3. As the base tray and screw gland of the air guide microporous aerator are mainly made of engineering plastics, they are not afraid of corrosion, which greatly reduces the workload of operation and maintenance.

 

4. Due to the high utilization rate of oxygen in the air guide microporous aerator, compared with other existing aerators, under the same operation load, the amount of aeration can be greatly reduced, and the air distribution in the full tank is uniform. Therefore, a uniform and gentle stirring state is formed. The biological flocs will not be broken due to excessive shearing, which is conducive to the clarification of the secondary sedimentation tank and sludge dewatering. At the same time, it can avoid freezing and inconvenient management caused by the large amount of aeration to form splashed foam spray.
