inlet of the evaporator, and the balance pressure of the external
balance type is taken at the outlet of the evaporator. Internally
balanced expansion valves are generally used in household air
conditioners. The cooling capacity of automobile air conditioners
is generally relatively large, and the pressure loss of the
refrigerant in the evaporator is also relatively large, so only the
externally balanced type is used.
From the point of view of the adjustment structure of the degree of
superheat, the expansion valve is divided into an internal
adjustment type and an external adjustment type.
The internal adjustment type can only be adjusted before the air
conditioning system is installed. Its advantages are small size and
compact structure, which is suitable for batches of finalized
products. The external adjustment type can be adjusted at any time
according to the situation on the air conditioning system, which
