Inspection principle

The general process flow of pole piece coating is as follows: unwinding tension control-automatic deviation correction-coating-drying-automatic deviation correction tension control-rewinding; in the initial stage of drying, due to the thickness of the slurry itself, the slurry will There is a large humidity gradient from the inside of the slurry to the surface of the slurry.

Excessive surface evaporation will lead to significant shrinkage, resulting in excessive drying and excessive shrinkage, which will cause high stress inside the pole piece, causing the pole piece Wrinkles or bends; during the entire coating process, since the pole piece itself is very thin and has poor toughness, it is necessary to accurately control the advancing speed of the tension of the pole piece, but the control process will also cause various reasons. Inspection result

It is mainly used to detect defects such as pits, bulges, and scratches on the appearance of lithium batteries. According to the system algorithm and user-defined industrial parameters, the detection results are output in real time, and the lithium batteries are automatically sorted into qualified and unqualified products through the automatic mechanism. Moreover, the system is compatible with the MES industrial system, which is convenient for real-time synchronous detection of statistical data.
