Inspection principle
Capsule inspection refers to a series of quality inspections such as capsule leakage, fragmentation, contamination of capsules and mixed-packaging of capsules. This link is crucial to the production of capsules and is related to the health and safety of users. At present, the detection of capsules is basically carried out manually, but it is easy to cause false detection and missed detection, and the efficiency is low. Now an efficient detection method and system are urgently needed to realize the automation of capsule detection.
In view of the deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention proposes a capsule detection method and system based on machine vision. The capsule detection method and system based on machine vision has high detection accuracy and wide adaptability, and can detect various types and specifications of capsules.
Details of inspection
The soft capsules are arranged in order on the capsule arrangement and conveying part and move forward with the conveying chain. The photoelectric trigger sensor is triggered in the computer vision recognition part. The photoelectric trigger sensor sends the capsule position to the control module and the computer, and triggers the high-speed image in the computer. Capture card to capture images of capsules.
After each shot, the computer processes the shot sequence images in time, extracts characteristic parameters such as area, size, shape, etc., and completes the detection of whether the capsule is a special-shaped pill and its weight through the recognition software. Finally, the control module sends the rejection command to the capsule rejection action part, and the solenoid valve generates action to accurately reject the special-shaped pills and unqualified capsules from the conveyor chain.
