Product Details

The membrane intake is a new label packaging form that is different from traditional direct silk screen, heat shrink label, sticker, and is currently widely used in various industrial packaging areas. The invention of the mold has directly strengthened the packaging effect of brand products, and the form is novel and beautiful, enhanced the anti-counterfeiting function of the product, so that the product packaging grade is greatly improved, under the influence of fast culture, the milk tea drink and other industries will also be achieved. In recent step by step, it is the purpose of consumers. At the same time, the use of membrane intake is also improved the hygiene, safety, elimination of secondary printing and labeling environmental pollution. Therefore, the quality detecting of the in-mold is an important part of the product packaging production.

However, in the production process, after the mold is molded, it cannot be detected separately, and therefore, in the production process, the characteristics of the membrane intake are analyzed, and Keye Tech will design a set of overall detection programs for the cup.

Detection principle:

Through the docking conveying device (the product needs to be output in a straight line with the mouth facing upwards, and the product spacing must be kept above the radius of the cup mouth), the products are transferred to a specific station in a stable and orderly manner,and then the high-pixel sample image taken by the industrial camera is transferred to the image processing software, and the standard sample is compared and analyzed to determine the good product and the defective product, and control the corresponding pneumatic to remove the defective products and finally collect the qualified products.The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel on the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and choose the accuracy standard most suitable for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the product defect rate.

 

Detect details

Our design plan adopts 14 sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and high-performance stroboscopic light sources to carry out a full range of visual detection for the appearance defects of the bottle body. The detection speed is 120 pieces per minute. The equipment can realize 7*24 hours of operation, and the unqualified products can be automatically rejected online.

 

The whole set of detecting equipment includes mechanical parts, visual electronic hardware and detecting system software. The entrance and exit of the detecting machine can be integrated with the on-site conveyor line (see the design drawings for details), and can be connected to the upstream and downstream production equipment according to the specific production needs of the customer.
