PM70MC3-4H-28H ip video matrix system is latest decoding
matrix and network decoder, can decode ip camera and video stream

screen layout, individual keyboard for precise operation to ptz.

Netclient software could configure video soureces including RTSP,
ONVIF,etc., with video preview, PTZ control panel, etc. for
operataions on PC.
