FeCrAl (iron-chromium-aluminum) alloy is an important class of high-temperature alloys composed of elements such as iron, chromium and aluminum. These alloys are widely used in many high temperature heating applications due to their excellent high temperature stability, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. Different grades of FeCrAl alloys have slightly different chemical compositions and performance characteristics.
Among them, 0Cr15Al5 alloy contains 15% chromium and 5% aluminum, which has low resistivity and good corrosion resistance. It is commonly used in applications such as oven heaters, electric stoves and industrial heating equipment.
1Cr13Al4 alloy contains 13% chromium and 4% aluminum. It has good high-temperature stability and oxidation resistance. It is often used as high-temperature heating devices such as heating wires, stove components, and hot air blowers.
0Cr21Al4 alloy contains 21% chromium and 4% aluminum and has high resistivity and oxidation resistance. It is widely used in electric heating wires, drying equipment, resistance heaters and other fields.
0Cr21Al6 alloy contains 21% chromium and 6% aluminum, and has high temperature resistance and low resistivity. It is widely used in high-temperature heating equipment such as electric furnaces, stove elements and heat exchangers.
