Application of Belt Type Bucket Elevators:
The belt type bucket elevator is suitable for vertical conveying powder, granular and small block less abrasive bulk material, such as grain, corn, coal, cement, crushed ore etc. The lift height can reach 40 meters. Material temperature is less than 60℃. Compared with the conventional D-type bucket elevator, high conveying efficiency, a variety of bucket types, should be first choice.
1. Large conveying capacity. Compared with D type, the
conveying capacity of TD type with the same bucket width is nearly
doubled.
2. The traction parts adopt high-strength rubber conveyor
belt with high tensile strength and long service life.
3. Simple structure, easy installation, easy adjustment,
repair and maintenance.
Features of Belt Type Bucket Elevators:
1. Small driving power
The belt type bucket elevator adopts inflow type feeding and gravity induction type discharging. It uses intensive arrangement large-capacity hopper to convey. There is no no returning and excavating phenomenon when lifting the material. Therefore, the reactive power is less.
2. Broad lifting range
This belt type bucket elevator has few requirements to the material kinds and characteristics. It can not only lift the powdery, granular and ordinary bulk materials, but also can lift the strong abrasive or grinding materials. Good sealing and less environmental pollution
3. Good running reliability
Advanced design principle and machining method ensures the reliability of machine operation. Trouble-free time is more than 20000 hours. Bucket elevator runs smoothly, thus can achieve high lifting height.
4. Long service life
The belt type bucket elevator adopts inflow type feeding. No need to dig material with the bucket. Extrusion and collision between material rarely occur. The machine is designed to ensure that the material in the feeding and unloading will not scattered, which prevents abrasive wearing.

1. Bucket volume in the table is the calculated value. The conveying capacity is calculated according to the filling coefficient of 0.6.
2. The uses of bucket are as follows.
Shallow bucket: conveying materials in damp, easy to agglomerate, difficult to throw. e.g. wet sand, wet coal etc.
Deep bucket: conveying dry, loose materials , and materials easy to throw. e.g. cement, coal briquette, gravel, quartz etc.
