Application of Rotary Vibration Mill:

Rotary vibration mill is a newly developed superfine powder crushing machine with a wide range of crushing. It is suitable for chemical, dye, rubber products, bakelite, ceramics, pesticides, medicine, building materials, cosmetics and other industries. This machine is suitable for intermittent, continuous, dry and wet grinding operations.

  The grinding efficiency of the rotary vibrating mill is high. The number of collisions of the grinding medium is 50 times that of the ordinary ball mill. The grinding speed is 10 to 30 times higher than that of the ordinary ball mill. Good sealing performance, no dust overflow, low energy consumption, simple installation and convenient maintenance. It adopts rubber liner and non-metallic medium, and basically realizes iron-free wear. It can be used for intermittent grinding of flammable and explosive materials and can be filled with nitrogen for protection.

Working Principle and Structural Characteristics of Rotary Vibration Mill:

  The machine is mainly composed of a base frame support cylinder, a grinding cylinder, a lining plate, a grinding medium, a vibration exciter, a support spring, a drive motor and so on.

   1. The base frame support cylinder elastically supports the body by the support spring, and keeps the flexible coupling distance between the drive motor and the vibrating body not changed.

   2. The grinding cylinder is the working body of vibration grinding, which is used to hold the grinding medium and abrasive material.

   3. The vibration exciter is used for converting the rotating torque of the motor into the periodic vibration of the mill.

   4. The lining plate is in close contact with the inner wall of the grinding cylinder for protecting the main grinding cylinder during the grinding process.

   5. The support spring is used to make the mill body in an elastic state, and basically isolates the vibration impact to the base when the machine body rotates.

   6. The grinding medium is the grinding main body of the mill, which is used for the impact grinding of the material.

   7. The drive motor supplies energy for the vibration grinding of the mill.

  When the power is turned on, the motor drives the exciter to rotate through the flexible coupling, generating sufficient exciting force to make the mill body enter the ring periodic vibration state, and the vibrating pendulum impact force is continuously transmitted to all the materials loaded into the grinding cylinde (i.e the medium and the material to be ground). The ground material is pulverized and ground by the mutual impact between the grinding medium and the material to be ground.
