Description

Limestone vertical mill integrates fine crushing, drying, grinding, powder selection, and transportation. It has the characteristics of small footprint, simple process flow, high grinding efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, large drying capacity, easy adjustment of product fineness, no dust pollution, convenient maintenance, and reliable operation. Especially in large-scale grinding processes, it fully meets customer needs, and its main technical and economic indicators reach international advanced levels. Widely used in large-scale material grinding and ultrafine grinding processing in industries such as metallurgy, electricity, cement, chemical industry, ceramics, non-metallic minerals, power plant desulfurization, water slag, slag, furnace slag, coal, cement clinker, glass, quartz, limestone, etc.


Compared with ball mills, limestone vertical mills have lower operating costs in the grinding system. The main performance characteristics are:
(1) High grinding efficiency, can grind limestone or heavy calcium stone, using grinding rollers and material beds to crush and grind materials, low energy consumption, system power consumption reduced by 40-50% compared to ball milling system, and more significant energy-saving effect.
(2) Can process products with a mesh size of 300 to 2000, and the product quality is self controlled.

Working principle:

The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port. At the same time, hot air enters the grinding chamber from the inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried up by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring at the edge of the grinding disc, and large particles directly fall onto the grinding disc for re grinding. When the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding disc for re grinding, and the qualified fine powder is discharged with the airflow, Collecting in the powder collection device is the product. Materials containing moisture are dried during contact with hot gases to achieve the required product moisture.
