Description

Main Advantages and Parameters:
(1). High energy saving
Because the fluidization structure is reasonable, the material
fluidization is in good condition, and the gas consumption is lower
than that of similar products, our company has improved the
fluidization structure for many times after years of production and
development, greatly improving the production efficiency and
reducing energy consumption.
(2). High fuel-gas ratio
Good fluidization, low gas consumption, and higher feed gas ratio.
Through the laboratory test, the equivalent distance is within 500
meters, and the fuel-gas ratio reaches more than 30Kg (ash)/Kg
(gas).
(3). Low material flow rate
Due to low air consumption, high material-gas ratio and partial
flow movement of materials in the pipeline, the dynamic and static
pressure transportation is realized. Therefore, the flow rate of
materials during transportation is low, the wear of equipment
valves and pipelines is small, and the service life of vulnerable
parts is long.
(4). Strong regulation function
It has a variety of regulating means such as primary and secondary
air inlet regulation, which can make the system operate under the
condition of gas consumption ratio and excellent fluidization.
Compared with similar products and mechanical conveying, PCD
