Seven advantages of bin pump:
1. No pipe plugging
The pneumatic conveying bin pump can basically adapt to the
pneumatic conveying of any powder material. The system installed
with the pneumatic conveying bin pump will basically not block the
pipe, and the reliability is very high. Even, it is very difficult
to block pipes artificially
2. Long-distance pneumatic transmission
The bin pump can realize the ideal long-distance pneumatic
transmission. At present, in domestic cases, only the dense-phase
pneumatic conveying system with a conveying distance of more than
2000 meters and stable operation is available.
3. Low energy consumption
The conveying process of the bin pump has only three processes:
feeding and pressurized conveying, omitting the steps of pipeline
purging. The bin pump can realize full-pipe dense phase pneumatic
conveying with low flow rate, and can stop conveying when there is
no ash, which will not affect the next conveying process and will
not block the pipe.
4. Small wear
Because the flow rate of the bin pump is low, the wear is in direct
proportion to the flow rate. The pneumatic conveying flow rate of
the bin pump is generally not more than 5m/s. Many customers who do
not know much about the general number of high conveying pressure
will increase the wear. In fact, the pressure of pneumatic
conveying has nothing to do with the wear. The higher the conveying
speed of the material, the more severe the wear will be.
5. High efficiency
Environmental protection is also used for dilute phase pneumatic
conveying, but we have to admit that for the same conveying
project, the conveying capacity of the bin pump can be more than
twice as high as that of the dilute phase pneumatic conveying
