Description
The silo pneumatic conveying pump adopts the positive pressure pneumatic conveying method to convey the powder materials, which is widely used in the conveying of fly ash, cement, cement raw meal, mineral powder and other materials in power plants. The transportation pipeline can be flexibly arranged according to the terrain conditions to realize centralized, decentralized, high-altitude and long-distance transportation. Principle
There are two ways to discharge the bin pump, of which the bottom
discharge is the most common way. The materials in the tank can be
fluidized by means of gas filling in the conical aerator, nozzle
jet or other methods; A fluidization aerating plate (layer) is
arranged at the bottom to discharge materials at the upper part of
the tank. The distribution of the transported gas on different
input planes in the tank depends on the nature of the transported
material.

Application Area
PCD pneumatic conveying equipment and systems have been widely used
in building materials, chemical, mining, electric power, metallurgy
and other industries. Conveying materials include cement, raw meal,
fly ash, slaked lime, dry discharged carbide slag, slag powder,
steel slag powder, pulverized coal, aluminum oxide powder, bauxite
powder, phosphate powder, pyrophyllite powder and organic silicon
powder.
