The fruit and vegetable cleaning step drying sorting production
line is composed of TS-X200 ozone disinfection cleaning machine,
TS-JX35 ladder dryer, and TS-FS670 sorting machine.
The ozone disinfection cleaning machine adopts a combination of
three cleaning methods: air bubbles, circulating surfing, and
high-pressure spraying. Ozone sterilization and degradation of
residual pesticides enable vegetables to be thoroughly cleaned in
all directions and environmentally friendly processing. The
discharge is lifted by conveying and sprayed under high pressure to
further clean the fruits and vegetables.
