Introduction of cleaning machine with ozone:
1. Use of three cleaning combinations, i.e. air bubble, cycle surfing, high pressure spray, to ensure that vegetables or fruits get a full range of thorough cleansing.
2. Discharge action is enhanced by the convey hoist on which high
pressure spray washes vegetables again.
3. Flow adjustment valve next to the machine keep control of the
vegetables forward speed, so that it’s easy to operate.
4. Conveyor belt is made of imported PP mesh, which meets the
standard of food-grade. It’s also easy to clean.
It is mainly used for the cleaning of vegetables, aquatic products, red dates and jujubes, and can be used for the cleaning of carrots, apples, potatoes, etc. It is more suitable for fruits and vegetables grown in the soil, with high washing degree and maintaining the original color.

There is a outfall on the root of the machine, ensuring clean water
inside.
After washing, vegetable or fruit will go through an elevator, and
at the same time, high pressure spray will wash the them again.
