Chemical Mixing Machine description
Advanced hydraulic system to make removing the material very easy
also it is very convenient to clean the machine.
The machine unit is composed of four components, an electronic
controller, a water phase dissolving tank, an oil phase dissolving
tank and the vacuum homogenizing tank.
To guarantee well performances of machines , We import world famous
brand for the components like SCHNEIDER electronics,ABB motors,NSK
bearings, instruments and so on .will write down the brand
name on the list of quotation.
High Speed Chemical Mixing Machine
1.1 High-speed homogenizing-mixing activity is accomplished by one
turbine installed on the center bottom of tank.
1.2 Turbine is composed of dentate stator and rotor with impeller.
1.3 Turbine is made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L, rotating
parts pass the dynamic balancing coaxial shaft.
1.4 The timing is controlled by PLC to facilitate the setting of
working time. The mixer will not work if the time is not set.
1.5 Adjust speed by frequency control: 1150-3500 rpm
It is suitable for cosmetic and pharmaceutical company to
making cream, lotion, hair color etc.

Vacuum Emulsifying Machine including:
· Vacuum emulsifying main machine
· Pre-mixing tank for water and oil material

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam
(standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel
pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air
inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head,
discharging port, dustproof respirator.
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or
rotor pump for material out.

Face cream production processing as following:
Step 1: Prepare raw material
Step 2: Oil phase raw material in oil phase boiler heating and
pre-mixing, and water phase raw material in water phase boiler
heating and pre-mixing
Step 3:Self-suction oil phase and water phase material to main tank
(heating, Homogeneous emulsion to emulsion phase (for example face
cream )(in vacuum situation , will without foam )
Step 4: Cooling to 50-60degrees add additive, and then cooling to
about 40degrees and discharge to storage tank.
Step 5: Storage about 24hours
Step 6: Filling, packing etc.
