Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier Description:
-VF series transformer oil purifier is a dehydration and degassing
unit with thermal and vacuum processing. Comparing with
Sino-NSH-VFD, this series is more suitable for smaller oil quantity
or smaller capacity requests.
-VF series transformer oil purifier is mainly used to improve the
properties of insulating oils in electric power transformers and
other oil filled electrical equipment. It can remove dissolved and
free water, dissolved gas and particulate impuritie effectively so
as to increase special indexes of insulation oil.
-VF series transformer oil purifier combines vacuum flashing
evaporation technology and delaminating gradual-close filter
technology to reach best performance of oil purification.
Meanwhile, by integrating efficient thermal and double-stage
vacuum, the breakdown voltage is highly improved, which can be
increased from 25kV to over 60kV.
Transformer Oil Purifier Features:
1. Liquid level auto-controlling system.
2. Auto pressure protection system.
3. Steay temperature auto-controlling system.
4. Eletrical auto-protection system to control electric phase,
voltage, and overload of pump.
