NSH FV Fire-Resistance Oil Purifier
I. Application of Fire Resistant Oil Purifier
NSH FV Series High Efficiency Fire Resistance Oil Purifier is especially designed for fire-resistant oil with suitable
material for vacuum dehydration, particles-removal and
acid-reduction.
For customer choice, we also have a simple type to purify
fire-resistant oil: High precision oil filtration. It has simple
structure with multi-stage filters to remove particles to NAS grade
5. The function of this machine is to filtrate impurities and
particles from fire-resistant oil, but cannot remove water. It
is suitable for the occassions where cleanliness is important and
water content is not required.
II. Features of Fire Resistant Oil Purifier
1. The tank and pipelines where fire-resistant oil going through
are all made of stainless steel.
2. Dehydrate by vacuum dehydration, water content less than 100ppm.
3. Oil-input and oil-output keep balance by photoelectric switch
which is sensitive and accurate to monitor oil level in the tank,
stop inputting oil when level marked high and keep inputting oil
when low.
4. We use filters which designed only for fire-resistant oil to
remove particles. Cleanliness up to NAS grade 5.
5. There is system with absorbent to solve acid problem.
6. After treatment, the important index-resistivity up to ≥ 6 x 109.

VI. Relative Series:
VFD series: Insulation oil purifier System specialize in purifying branded
oil, insulation oil of high voltage and super high voltage
transformer. Additionally, it is suitable for treating low
viscosity lubrication oil.
TF series: Turbine oil purifier system is particularly suitable for
purifying turbine lubricating oil. It also applys to treat
hydraulic, coolant oil and other lubrication in which contain large
of water, vapor, impurities, sludge, dielectric and colloid. It can
eliminate them effectively and efficiently.
LV series: Lubrication Oil Filter System are suitable especially for
purifying and restoring hydraulic oil, machine oil, coolant oil and
various other lubrication oil.
GER series: Used oil regeneration system is suitable to regenerate used
internal-combustion engine oil including diesel engine oil,
gasoline engine oil, and used hydraulic oil, other used lubrication
oil of machinery.
GED series: it is used to recycle all kinds of waste oil into base oil or
diesel oil with high quality.
