Function: The equipment is suitable for drying after printing ink on composite board and acrylic surface.

1. Use beige Teflon cloth conveyor net, net width 600mm

Blanking method between layers
1. Use the roller pallet to cut the material, the third layer of
material comes out and enters the blanking roller to the pallet,
the pallet returns the product to the second layer for baking, and
the second layer of material comes out into the blanking roller to
the pallet , The pallet is returned and the product falls into the
first layer for baking.

way to heat up:
1. The heating section is 5 meters in total, heated by hot air
circulation, and the temperature of each section can be adjusted
independently.
2. Adopt PID temperature controller, with SSR component phase
output control, fast temperature control speed and high stability.
3. The surface temperature of commonly used materials is 80℃, and
the temperature uniformity of the material surface is within ±3
degrees across the left, middle and right.
4. The set temperature in the furnace is max 120℃. The usual
temperature is 80°C.
5. The heating section is equipped with rock wool insulation and
air insulation, which has the lowest impact on the cold room, and
the surface temperature is 10℃ higher than the room temperature.
6. The intake and exhaust air doors can be adjusted to effectively
control the micro pressure in the furnace.
7. The front and rear door panels are designed for easy
maintenance.
8. The furnace adopts a blast circulating return air method to
reduce heat loss and save energy.
9. Adopt horizontal air supply method.
10.The air duct in the furnace is equipped with a high-efficiency
filter with a filtration efficiency of 99.97%, Class1000, and a
temperature resistance of 250 degrees
The filter screen ensures the cleanliness of the furnace.
Air supply method: Using 1/2 HP high temperature long axis motor
with wind wheel, horizontal air supply is blown to the surface of
the product after high efficiency filtration.
Each temperature zone *1 group, a total of 3 groups, the air outlet
is equipped with mesh screen to prevent product drift.
Conveyor belt cleaning: Use an electrostatic brush to clean the
surface of the mesh belt, and use a box under the brush to drop the
brushed dust into the box.
Cooling method: forced air cooling by fan.
Electric heating distribution: each layer is heated by infrared
heating tube.
Furnace body material:
1. The exterior is made of steel plate with high temperature paint
after anti-rust treatment, and the sheet metal sealing plate around
the base
2. SUS201#1.5t mirror stainless steel plate is used inside.
protective device:
1. In addition to the main temperature control and the upper and
lower limit over temperature prevention circuit, the over
temperature protection is also equipped with a secondary
temperature control
The over-temperature preventer is the safest temperature protector.
When the over-temperature temperature is abnormal, the alarm will
sound and the power will be automatically cut off.

2. The drive motor is equipped with reverse phase protection to
prevent the motor from being too high after reverse phase, causing
product defects and equipment damage.
3. Equipped with an emergency stop switch, each heating section
circuit overcurrent, overload protection and interlocking.
4. When an abnormality occurs, the abnormal indicator and buzzer
alarm are used to facilitate the operator to eliminate the
abnormality.
