Transformer Station Cable Oil Purification Insulation Oil Recycling Machine
The cable oil purification machine is designed to remove contaminants (particulate, water, gasses, acids, etc.) in the transformer oil effectively and rapidly, so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system.
1. Used in the electric power system (66kV~500KV).
2.Features include high working vacuum, fast oil filtering and sound oil protection.
3. Suitable for oil treatment, vacuum oil injection and cyclic hot oil drying in the installation and maintenance of large capacity transformers.
Feature:
1. For maintenance of large scale power substation transformers, rapid and deep treatment of new transformer oil, imported insulation oil. As well as vacuum filtering and purifying of mutual inductor oil, capacitor oil, refrigerator oil.
2. Especially suitable for purifying of large scale power transmission units higher than 110KV and transformers of main state grid.
>3. >It is widely used in power plants, power stations, power companies, metallurgy, petrifaction, machinery, transportation, railways ect. industries, especially at plateau area higher than 500 meters sea level.
4. After filtration, the dielectric strength and flash point is higher, after one cycle of filtration, breakdown voltage increases 3-5kv, effectively avoid oil ageing resulted from repeatedly heating
5. The unit able to maintain energized transformers and long time online operation, fitted automatic defoam facility for working in plateau area, it can be automatically working without people’s supervision.High precision and intelligent degas system is able to remove all sorts of gas from oil rapidly, avoid the existing of hydrogen, ethyne, ensure the content of ethyne of oil after treated to “zero”.
