Dark-colored Eco-solvent Inkjet Transfer Paper

Introduction

Made of environmentally friendly materials, dark-colored eco-solvent transfer paper researched and developed by our company is harmless to human body. This series of transfer paper is especially applied to eco-solvent inkjet printers, and is suitable for transferring exquisite images onto most kind of textiles and leather, like gym suits, T-shirts, hats, bags, sofa cushions, mouse pads, etc.

Transfer paper has made the garment printing process simple. Instead of plate making, it can transfer the printed pattern directly to fabrics, thus it is particularly suitable for the production of small quantities of personalized products. The dark-colored eco-solvent inkjet transfer paper is of high quality.It can be cut smoothly, and patterns transferred are characterized as high-resilient, soft, and bearing superior color fastness to washing, friction and yellowing.

Applicable Printer

Eco-solvent inkjet printers, eco-solvent inkjet printer/cutters, such as ROLAND Vs-640/540/420/300/BN-20, MIMAKI, MUTOH, etc.

Operation Instructions

1. Printing

Printer setup. Set the print parameters before printing. Print wishful image onto the dark-colored eco-solvent transfer paper.

2.Cutting

Cut out the image manually or by machine.

Image Removing

Remove the image printed top layer of transfer paper from the paper back to transfer film.

3.Transferring

Preheat the heat press machine to 125-135°C.

Place the coating onto the textile with the printed image facing upwards.

Transfer for 5-15 seconds and then remove the textile, cool peel the transfer film. (The transfer film can be used multiple times.)

4.Washing

It’s best not to wash the textile in 24 hours after transferring.

Washing the textile in cold or warm water under 40°C. Do not use strongly alkaline detergents or bleach. Avoid rubbing the transfer pattern when hand washing. Do not wring. Line dry in shade recommended.

Do not dry-clean.
