Q: What's your payment terms?

A: All of our LED transformers will have 100% burn-in test for 3~4 hours before packing
Q: Do you provide any certificates for your products?
A: CE,RoHS,SAA basic certifications are always available, some of our products even ETL&CB&UKCA listed. Other certificates, if needed just let us know
Q: What about the warranty for your LED driver?
A: Normally we provide 3 years warranty for our standard products
We can supply 5 years warranty for our high-ending series
