composite matrix structure (which is Lan Jie Wenzizhu structure),
which consists of front and rear metal cover, piezoelectric ceramic
wafer, prestressed screw, electrode sheet, and insulating sleeve.

high-amplitude conditions have good electromechanical conversion
efficiency.
