Q1.:Can ultrasonic cleaning damage my parts?
A1: Don’t worry, no any damage to your objects, but you should
choose different models when cleaning different things, I recommend
you to clean your jewelry by our home use Ultrasonic cleaner. Or
you can consult us if you have no idea of choosing which model.
Q2: Why is a special solution required for cleaning?
A2: The heavy oil and grease is very adherent, the oil cannot be
removed very well without detergent, the detergent can emulsify the
the oil and grease, then Ultrasonic can remove the oil very easy.
Q3: What cleaning solution should I use?
A3: Stronger acid and stronger alkali are forbidden, because
stronger acid and stronger alkali will corrode the tank of machine,
our tank material is SUS304, after long time using of stronger acid
and stronger alkali, the tank will be damaged. For selecting the
detergent, you could consult your local detergent company or
supermarket, they can give you more professional advice. We are
manufacturer of machine, not very skillful in the selecting of
detergent. And the export of detergent in China is very strict.
Q4: What cleaning solution shouldn't I use?
A4: Flammables or solutions with low flash points should never be
used. The energy released by bubbles may be exploded for flammable
liquids. Strong alkali and Acids should be avoided; they will
damage stainless steel tanks.

28kHz frequency is stronger, better for car/motor/truck/vessel
parts clean(remove oils, grease, pastes, etc. ) 40kHz is better for
pcb boards, electronic or other precision parts, etc. Higher
precision goods, higher frequency.
