3. Q: Does any oils come with or do I have to buy separately?
A: No, we do not produce essential oils, our main products are aroma diffuser. You have to buy oils separately

A: Our warranty period is one year, plz send us the picture or video of how it malfunctioned so I can submit the reports to our quality department, once approved, we will send you replacements with next order or give you refunds
