Description:
Replacement Dukane 20 kHz 110-3122 converter. Standard on Ultra Series systems heavy-duty series press and thruster systems utilizing model 43A250, 43A255, 43D255, 43E255, 43A260, or 43B260 press/thruster. transducer converts the high frequency and high voltage of the generator into mechanical vibration. It is the core component of ultrasound. The horn is an output end, and the vibration energy is sent to the modulating device through the output end and is amplified and sent to the mold. The horn itself has a certain amplitude amplification ratio.
All of the components used in construction of these Dukane replacement converters are all new, not recovered from scrapped units. The parts are made from certified materials in tightly controlled manufacturing processes, assembled and tested in a climate-controlled environment using carefully calibrated equipment, then properly aged and re-tested to ensure performance.
