Description:
The ultrasonic medical stent coating machine is an ultrasonic
spraying machine suitable for spraying anti restenosis polymers or
plasticizers onto implantable balloon catheters. Mainly including
X+U-axis precision motion module, equipped with a comprehensive
program editing system, equipped with ultrasonic nozzles produced
by Fansuo Energy, and equipped with precision constant flow
injection pump, digital carrier gas system, optional ultrasonic
dispersion liquid supply system, heating and other functions.
The entire equipment has a simple and elegant structure, complete
functions, and is developed for enterprises, universities, and
research institutes that use ultrasonic spraying equipment to
produce bracket products. The X-axis controls the horizontal
movement of the ultrasound nozzle in the X-direction, with an
adjustment accuracy of up to 0.01mm. The U-axis drives the stent to
rotate 360 ° to evenly distribute micrometer sized droplets after
ultrasound atomization onto the vascular stent. A high-precision
constant flow injection pump is used to control the liquid flow
rate, making the coating thickness precise and controllable.

solution)

5. Solution conversion rate: ≥ 95%, utilization rate several times
that of traditional two fluid pneumatic nozzles
6. Atomized particle size: average 15-45 μ m. It mainly depends on
the frequency of the nozzle, and the higher the frequency, the
smaller the particle size
7. Spray nozzle frequency: can be equipped with various spray
nozzle systems ranging from 30-200KHz

1. Ultrasonic dispersion liquid supply system: It can continuously
disperse and stir nanoparticles during the spraying process,
effectively reducing the precipitation phenomenon of the spraying
liquid and greatly improving the uniformity of the film layer
2. Heating and drying platform: using aviation aluminum porous
platform or precision micro porous ceramic platform, with precise
temperature control of 200 ℃
3. Vacuum adsorption platform: equipped with a multi-channel vacuum
generator that can be controlled by zones, accurately adsorbing the
thin film substrate without deformation.
