Description: 

 

Ultrasonic tin atomization is to use the energy of ultrasonic wave to disperse the molten tin to form tiny particles with the size of several microns to more than 100 microns. This metal spray technology is widely used in industry and research and development fields, and will gradually replace the traditional pressure spraying.

 

 

Principle:

 

The principle of ultrasonic milling machine is that the ultrasonic driving power supply is connected to the ultrasonic transducer set inside the casing through a cable. The transducer converts the high-frequency sound waves generated by the driving power supply into high-frequency mechanical energy and works, conducting longitudinal high-frequency vibration. The frequency of high-frequency vibration is equivalent to the AC current frequency of the driving power supply. The vibration output end of the transducer is connected to the amplitude converter, and this longitudinal upward and downward vibration is transmitted from the amplitude converter to the atomization surface, generating standing waves. The lifting function of the amplitude converter is to amplify the output amplitude of the transducer to the desired degree. When the molten metal liquid passes through the atomization surface, it is broken into uniform micron sized droplets of fine mist, achieving atomization. After atomization, micrometer sized liquid droplets are thrown out of the atomization surface under the action of rotational centrifugal force and standing waves. They quickly solidify when cooled by air, forming micrometer sized metal solid particles. Collecting these particles is the required metal powder to be prepared. Moreover, during the ultrasonic atomization process, the size of micrometer level liquid droplets and fine mist can be precisely controlled, thereby accurately controlling the size of metal powder.

Application:

 

Ultrasonic metal powder production uses ultrasonic waves to atomize melted metal into powder.
