Transit time Ultrasonic non contact flow meter TF1100-EC has the following features: With the die casting aluminum alloy waterproof. For the circuit design, high-quality power modules are selected from the power supply and highly stable and reliably imported devices are used as its components. It can fully replace imported foreign meters of the same type.
Ultrasonic non contact flow meter TF1100-EC works on the Ultrasonic transit-time difference correlation principle, this method has high accuracy and good numerical stability. The meter consists of flow calculator, and the ultrasonic sensors to measure velocity and level at the same time. The clamp-on ultrasonic flow sensors are mounted on the external surface of the pipe for non-invasive and non-intrusive flow measurement of liquid and liquefied gasses in fully filled pipe. Three pairs of transducers are sufficient to cover the most common pipe diameter ranges. In addition, its optional thermal energy measurement capability makes it possible to carry out a complete analysis of thermal energy usage in any facility.
