The bearing has strong bearing capacity, good impact resistance, high reliability, good lubrication performance, and can overcome the deflection of the shaft.
The characteristics of
1. Vibrating screen bearings are generally symmetrical aligning roller and cylindrical roller;
2. Generally speaking, the size tolerance is P6, and the operating tolerance is P5. The tolerance is fixed, but there is a British system and a metric system.
3. Because of the high heat, a large gap was selected. But the gap can be calculated, mainly considering the original clearance, tolerance and temperature rise can be calculated;
4. The application requirements of vibrating screen bearings are very high, and the materials of plain bearing steel are not acceptable. The cage is made of machined brass and is guided by the outer ring to apply to the case of eccentricity loads!
