Shandong Zhaojin Motian Company Limited ’s PVDF hollow fiber UF membrane through a special hydrophilic treatment, maintaining the excellent properties of PVDF, such as wide range of applicable temperature, resistance to oxidation, light aging, acids/alkali, chemicals and fouling / contamination etc., which result in the significantly improved flux and fouling resistance. Motian’s PVDF membrane have much higher hydrophilicity than other common membrane materials


Properties of Motian PVDF UF Membranes


Good hydrophilic

Motian PVDF hollow fiber UF membrane have permanent hydrophilicity, This allows a high flux under low transmembrane pressure and improved fiber resistance to fouling contaminations. Motian PVDF hollow fiber UF membrane have a uniform porous, which can remove microorganisms, colloids, algae and other particles. All the membrane modules have benn passed through air and water test to ensure the fiber without damage and defect.


Good mechanical strength

Mechanical strength is an important quality criterion of Motian PVDF UF membranes, which is usually expressed as breaking strength and breaking elongation ratio.

Longer service time and stronger anti-fouling property

UF hollow fiber membranes are made from high quality PVDF and therefore have excellent resistance to acids/alkali, organic solvents, lipids and light aging, as well as antifouling property. Membrane have much longer service-time due to the excellent stability of the raw material. As a result, the membrane fibers can be cleaned with various methods in order to remove contaminants from the membrane and restore the membrane flux.
