The alloy steel body is made by material ASTM4142 or 42CrMo, whose heat treatment is 48-52HRC hardness. They has high toughness and wearable character. Tungsten carbide drill tips are made from Low press sintered with grade selected according to your projects, which can make sure good performance during working.

YG13C | For making drill cone to drill hard and medium hard rock formation in oil field;also for making rotary percussing drill bits and heavy duty drill bits. |
YG15 | High intension,lower wear-resistance.Suitable for making bits used in rotary machine and heavy rotary machine to drill hard and very hard rock formation. |
