Pure Tungsten Wire for Lights WAL Wires made by Virgin Tungsten Material
Tungsten WAL wire is also called Al Doped Tungsten Wire, non-sag tungsten wire. It is drawed from forged tungsten bars with good high temperature performance and high purity. It's generally used for lights, such as incandescent, halogen and other electric light sources.
For a variety of light bulb for WAL wires, also need to mix a small amount of potassium, silicon and aluminum oxides. Nowadays, the WAL wires can be made by a variety of drawing dies. The main application is to create the filament and high-speed cutting steel, also used in optical instruments, chemical apparatus and so on.
Properity of Tungsten WAL Wires:
1. Purity: 99.95%
2. Grade: WAL1,WAL2, WAL3
3. Density: 19.1g/cm3
4. The tungsten wire features excellent formability, long life and
super lighting efficiency. Mainly used for making various electron
tube, H series auto lamp,
halogen lamp and other special lamp
Advantage of Tungsten WAL Wires:
Tungsten WAL wires are manufactured by the high tech of doping,
acid washing, isostatic pressing, PLC controlled direct-sintering,
swaging and auto feeding, The products are featured with minimum
deformation at high temperatures, high recrystallization
temperatures, uniformity in dimension and excellent
coilability.
Tungsten Material Grades and Applications:
Type | Applications |
W91 | Applied for making filament, shock-resistance filament and other high-temperature-resistance devices. |
W71 | Applied for making auto lamp filament and other anti-shock devices. |
W61 | Applied for making coiled-coil filament. |
W31 | Applied for making coiled-coil or tri-spiral CFL filament, incandescent filament and support. |
