Chromium Wire are usually used to shorten the diameter of various
ferrous and non-ferrous metal rods and wires. Applications include
various grades of low/medium/high carbon steel, steel alloys,
stainless steel, welding wire, and various non-ferrous metal rods
and wires. JWE cemented carbide wire drawing dies (TC dies) enable
wire manufacturers to maintain uniform wire roundness, minimizing
material usage and the possibility of bursting.
Features:
- Low pushing force: The high thermal conductivity of both the nozzle
tip and body will pump all the required heat to maintain an even
temperature while extruding. Viscosity highly depends on the
plastic temperature for a constant shear rate. The flow pressure
