Slitting blade is mainly used in slitting products like paper, thin film, gold foil, silver foil, copper foil, aluminum foil, magnetic tape, etc. According to material, it can be divided into high-speed steel and cemented carbide (tungsten steel).

Our cemented carbide slitting blade is made of good-hardness and high-strength nano cemented carbide, having gone through high-precision grinding machine. Therefore, its tenacity, hardness and strength are several times higher than that of high-speed steel. Its edge is mirror polished with special polishing technology, thus the friction between blade and product is decreased. Cemented carbide slitting blade is indispensable for slitting machines.

 

 

Our cemented carbide slitting blade is made of ultra-fine raw powder with suitable grade formula selected by professional material engineers according to customers' requirements. Our blades have different usage grade to meet your different demands. The compactness of metallographic structure in the blank product made by high-quality equipment and unique pressing and sintering techniques is high.
