Advantages of our inserts :

 

1.Imported raw powder materials.

 

2 .Our inserts have a peculiar gradient cobalt-rich on surface of the substrates which can ensure the inserts’ high performance when finishing the CVD coating.

 

3. The coating materials are MT-TiCN0-Al2O3 with thickness of 14-20μm, which have high abrasion resistance. After special management on the surface of the coating inserts, the internal stress and surfaceness of coating were reduced while cutting resistance was also cut down.

Increase cutting speed if abnormal flank wear is caused by a very slow cutting speed.
Solution: Reduce cutting speed or feed rate or use more wear resistant grade

-Workpiece material contains high hardness chemical elements
Solution: Reduce cutting speed or feed rate or use more wear resistant grade
 
3. Cracking
-Excessive feed rates when interrupted cutting
Solution : Reduce feed rate, Use tougher grade
