Dry Type High Pressure Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger For Rooftop HVAC Units from the shell, heat

 

pipe bundle, tube plate, baffle (baffle) and the composition of the box and other components. The shell is

 

mostly cylindrical, with tube bundles inside, tube ends fixed on the tube plate. Heat and heat of the two

shell process fluid. In order to improve the heat transfer coefficient of the fluid outside the tube, a number

turbulence of the fluid. The heat transfer tubes may be arranged in equilateral triangles or squares on the

 

tubesheet. The equilateral triangular arrangement is more compact, the turbulence of the tube is high,

 

and the heat transfer coefficient is large. The square arrangement is convenient for cleaning outside the

 

tube and is suitable for the fluid which is easy to scale.

 

The fluid is once referred to as a pipe by pipe bundle once; every time the shell is once referred to as a

 

shell side. Illustrated as the simplest single-shell single-tube heat exchanger, referred to as 1-1 heat

 

exchanger. In order to improve the fluid velocity in the pipe, a partition plate can be provided at both ends

 

of the pipe box, and all the pipes are divided into several groups. So that each time the fluid only through

 

the part of the tube, and thus in the tube bundle back and forth many times, which is called multi-tube.

 

Similarly, in order to improve the flow rate outside the tube can also be installed in the shell longitudinal

 

baffle, forcing the fluid through the shell space several times, known as the multi-shell process. Multi-tube

 

and multi-shell can be used in conjunction with the application.
