1. Beam creel
Beam creel is choisen for different warping
machine, double-deck combined style, four pieces forms one group.
The treadle is equipped between each group for people to walk
about, convenient for operation.
It adopts warp unwinding tension pneumatic controlling
syseem to keep constant unwinding tension.
2 Size box
Main box 240L; auxiliary box120 180L.
Olive-core style squeezing roller, pneumatically
squeezed, suitable for sizing with high pressure. The pressure may
reach 40KN.
Immersion roller is a bare rubber one, roller style.
With auto-control system that the squeezing force
varies with the machine speed, ensuring size percentage steady and
even.
Heated with steam directly, with a set of temperature
auto-control system.
Size enters automatically. Level height of main box is
adjusted steplessly and that of the auxiliary box is controlled
automatically.
The stretch in area between sizing roller and dryer is
set steplessly , controlled with frequency convertor. The size
package is correctly controlled by optical fiber communication.
Tension auto-control system is adopted between drawing roller and
sizing roller.
Steel board is used as support, covered with
stainless steel hood.
Water-cooled wet split is equipped between size box and pre-dryer,
driven by side shaft. The linear speed varies with the machine
speed.
Sizing roller and drawing roller is singly driven by
motor.
3 Dryer
Unit-combining structure, plain sealing drying
cylinder made if stainless steel, 800;pre-drying cylinder is coated
with Teflon.
With parallel style dryer and over-head dryer for choice.
Wet yarn enters dryer in-layer. The yarn piece may be
pre-dried in 2-layer.
Drying cylinder is driven in group. Dry cylinder is
driven actively with.
Chain and tooth sprocket wheel.
Equipped with temperature-control system to control
the temperature of drying cylinder in group.
Hot and wet air is forced out by fan. The hood is made
of stainless steel.
The whole dryer is independently driven by an altermat-ing
and frequency converting motor.
4 Headstock
Beam winding is controlled by an altermating
motor, frequency converting and speed adjusting, beam winding in
both directions to apply to the requirement of shuttle-less loom
with double beam. The winding tension is on line inspected with
auto-control.
Main drive is independently driven by an
alternation motor, frequency converting and speed adjusting.
Equipped with one-sided waxing and wax
pre-melting device; marking device with weo styles: electronagetic
double-hammer and box or single-hammer and box. Equipped with
clised man-shaped expansion.
With side-pressing device with double-roller,
pneumatically squeezed, max. Force 400kgf to make the machine more
suitable for installation and operation upstairs.
Equipped with anto-inspection and control system for moisture
regain.
5 Electric
PLC is used in electro-control part, achieving
the integration.
Electric element according to international IEC
is used in conventional electric system.
Fixed tension roller is used in winding tension,
tension in dry area, drying tension and unwinding tension. Stretch
control is used in wet area.
6 Others
The factory without air-compressed station may
prepare an small scale air-compressed machine, the flow is
0.5m3/min, output pressure 1Mpa.
