Application:

Transformer Oil Treatment System can remove water and gas in the insulating oil under high temperature and vacuity. it use more precise filter system to filter out impurities(filtering precision: 1-3um).  It ia mainly used for purification of oil for transformer with voltage higher than 220kv. It can increase oil breakdown voltage by at least 40kv.They are suitable for oil treatment, vacuum oil injection, and cylic hot-oil drying in the installation and maintenance of big transformers.

Part I. Direct costs saving
1. Costs analysis( all data is based on Chinese price of hydraulic oil, you can change those numbers according to your fact)
1) A company changes all 10 tons in half a year.
Then one year replaced oil 2* 10=20tons.
2) Hydraulic is considered (average) 810USD/ton, oil costs per year 
20*810= 16200 USD
3) Selling waste oil(average 130USD/ton)
If no purification, then direct oil costs is
16200-130*20=13600USD

2. Oil purifier costs (per year):
1) One set cost of DYJ-30 is 13000 USD. (Normally it can work 10 years, luxury machine can work more than 15years) 
2) Power cost for oil purification (Normally 8 cents/1KW/H)
Flow rate of DYJ-30 is 1800L/H, total power is 39KW
It takes 6 hours to purify 10tons and purification for three times can meet customer’s requirement
Then the power cost per year is 39*6*3*2*0.08=112.32 USD

3. Consumable materials cost
Magnetic filter cartridge: cleanable, no need to change
Precise filter cartridge: A new one per time and one piece is 100USD.
Then one year’s consumable material cost is 200USD.
The purified oil can be used for 3 to 5 years and we say it can be used for 4years average.

4. Human cost. It’s about 17USD per day and two days per year for the whole purification.
