5. Hole drilling way: with automatic tail drill, computer control.

6. Voltage: 220V 50hz single phase. Total power is 1300W. The main shaft power 1.1kw.

7. Operation: Machine will be equipped with a system. We just need to write size of beans into the system. No need to program. Easy to use.  Besides, you can also make your own design, draw the outline, then save copy as BMP or JPG. So the machine can process it.

8. Accuracy: we use the imported high accuracy track. The accuracy can be 0.01mm.

9. Lifetime of blade: We use hard alloy steel CNC control blade. No need to change the blade when process 3000pieces rosewood beans.

10. Processing speed: Take the 20mm diameter  beads for example.

      Pterocarpus santalinus: 38 seconds/piece with drilling hole;  30 seconds/piece without drilling hole

      Silkwood : 25 seconds/pieces with hole; 19 seconds/piece without hole
