Spot Titanium Welding Wire Manufacturer Pure Titanium Wire
Heat treatment:
Introduction to TA1, (GR1)TA2 (GR2)
Both TA1 and TA2 are called industrially pure titanium, the difference is that the iron and oxygen content of the latter is higher, so the strength of TA2 is higher than that of TA1.
TA1 tensile resistance is greater than or equal to 240, yield is 140-310, elongation TA1 is greater than or equal to 24%, and the process performance requires that TA1 flare is not less than 22%.
TA2 tensile strength is greater than or equal to 400, yield is 275-450, elongation TA2 is greater than or equal to 20%, and the process performance requires that TA2 flare is not less than 20%.
At present, TA2 is basically used, because TA2 has relatively high strength, and the wall thickness can be thinner when designing. On the one hand, the heat exchange effect is enhanced, and on the other hand, some costs can be saved.

Competitive Advantage:
Baoji New Future Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. is located in China's Titanium Valley - Baoji, Shaanxi. The company is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the processing, production, development and sales of titanium and titanium alloys, refractory, rare and other non-ferrous metal materials. The company relies on the strong comprehensive strength of "China Titanium City" to carry out efficient resource sharing; it has unique geographical, material and scientific research advantages to provide users with high-quality products.
Applications:
The spacecraft mainly uses the high specific strength, corrosion resistance and low temperature resistance of titanium alloys to manufacture various pressure vessels, fuel storage tanks, fasteners, instrument straps, frames and rocket shells. Artificial earth satellites, lunar modules, manned spacecraft and space shuttles also use titanium alloy plate weldments.
