XPE foam
 

XPE foam is a kind of PE Foam,made by high temperature foaming after extrusion,cross-linked and foaming at the same time.it is the ideal foam for applications where support and durability are crucial.
XPE foam is a kind of polymer material with good and independent obturator foramen, and smoothly surface and good elasticity, meanwhile it is also full of high mechanics intensity and good heat insulation, good waterproof, well resistant to aging, to high temperature, to chemical corrosion and different environments. The PE foam can be processed, easy and complex ones are both ok,or it also can be compounded with some other material to conglutinate.

High reflective foam insulation products

CYG Insulation foam  is a flexible thermal insulation material made from closed cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam. The special cross-linking utilized in the production of the material, as well as, its closed cell structure, results in insulating properties that are superior to  fiberglass, rubber based and non cross-linked products.
A very low thermal conductivity value(K), and negligible water absorption and vapour transmission rates reflect in its superior energy saving performance, in  variety of environments.

1. excellent heat insulation performance: 
low thermal conductivity, <0.040W/m · k, less than polystyrene, similar to polyurethane, as the excellent insulation, heat insulation materials;

apparent density reach to 28±2kg/m ³,superior to polyurethane and phenolic foam; reduces the building's weight, load of the building and cost of the structure.also easy and fast to construct, and improve efficiency;

combustion performance reach the B2 level of building and decoration material class, the same as polystyrene;
4. good corrosion resistance and ageing resistance:
resistance to acid and organic solvents,long-term exposure to the Sun, minor aging, special anti-aging treatment but can be done;

Heat Insulation

Single foaming structure can reduce the loss of heat between air convection, suitable for making heat preservation pipes and boards. Good anti-dew capability, suitable for humid environments like refrigerators, air-conditioners and ice houses, etc.
 

Waterproof

Closed-cell foam, non-water-absorbing, moisture-proof.
 

Shock absorption

Soft texture and good resilience enable foam to have a shock absorption effect and play a protective role.Semi-hard quality foams have good rebound capabilities after strong impact, suitable for the packing of instruments, semi-conductors and electronics, etc.
 

Sound absorption

Good sound and noise absorption capability, suitable for sound absorption and insulation parts of automobiles, electro-motors and other equipment and environments with loud noises.
 

Fire retardancy

This product has fire-blocking and smoke-reducing property, when burned, its density is very low and doesn't melt, without any small fire ball left and with the merit of self-extinguishing.
According to the standard of GB/T 8624 Method for grading flammability of construction material, this is the flame resistant product of grade B1 enabling to secure the satiety.
 

Low conductivity factor

Conductivity of this material is 0.034 w / mk at an average° C. As this product has high heat-releasing ratio, it can get the same heat-preservation effect at less half thickness of other insulating product under the same condition, saving not only space but also cost.
