Product Description:

Thermal Conductive Adhesive is two-component silicone based thermal conductive potting encapsulant. It has a good fluidity after mixing, can vulcanize to deep layer in room temperature. The operation time can be adjusted according to the temperature. Used to potting protection of varied heat dissipation and temperature resistance components. Fully compliant with RoHS and SVHC REACH standard.

1. Mixing uniformity in the packing before using, as there’s part of filler sedimentation happens during storage.

2. Mix Part A and Part B by 1:1 mass ratio, after evenly mixed, pouring directly into the components or modules as per requirements. It’s recommended to slowly pour along the walls of the implements, so as to reduce the bubbles happens.

3. Still the potted component to let out the bubbles. Can be cured by heat, about 30 minutes in 80°C. If cured under room temperature, about 4 hours.

1). Vacuum defoaming can improve the performance of cured product.

2). Seal the remaining products tightly after use.

3). Low temperature will slow the curing speed, overheating will lead to curing speed too fast. Keep the constant temperature in workshop is recommended.

Two component silicone sealant features:
1.Operational time: at room temperature, operation time within 240 minutes, especially for the use of automatic production line, improve the work efficiency and save production cost;
2.Easy to operate: choose artificial sizing or mechanical sizing; without use additional primer coating.
3.Bonding material widely: can be applied to PC (Poly-carbonate), ABS, PP, PVC etc. other materials and the surface of metal.
4.With excellent electrical properties: excellent insulating performance, thermal conductivity, heat dissipation, anti-shock, corona resistance, anti-electric leakage and chemical mediator resistance,performance, so for electronics, electrical appliances and other products can provide protection,sealing and insulation functions.
5.Temperature resistant performance: high and low temperature resistance , good ageing resistance. After curing in the wide temperature range (60 ~ 200 ℃) to keep the rubber elasticity.
6.Flexible glue film: no shrinkage during curing, excellent toughness of the elastomer is formed after curing, absorb vibration and shock, good impact resistance, good cushioning effect, for electronics, electrical appliances, glass and other fragile products, to provide excellent resistance to shocks and reliability.
7.Strong weather resistance : anti - ultraviolet radiation, aging resistance, anti - ozone, moisture proof, waterproof, resist tosalt atmosphere, mold etc., can work in the harsh natural environment .

Range of applications:
1.The utility model can be used for sealing, packaging, insulation and moisture-proof electronic or other products;
2.Widely used in transformers, AC capacitors, high pressure packs, negative ion generators, aquarium pumps, ignition coils, power modules, electronic controllers and other electronic components;
