PPR Pipe Production Process

Raw material + color masterbatch → mixing →vacuum feeding → raw material drying → single-screw extruder → color line extruder → screw type mold → sizing sleeve → spray vacuum calibrating box → spray cooling water tank → jet printer → Caterpillar tractor → finished product testing and packaging.

The PPR pipe production line is dedicated to the production and manufacture of PP-R pipes.
