PPR Pipe Production Process

Problems Encountered in the Production Process of PPR Pipes and Possible Reasons

1. The inner wall of the tube is uneven:

The temperature of the screw is too high.

The screw speed is too fast.

2. There are bubbles on the inner wall of the tube:

The material is damp.

3. Uneven wall thickness:

The die and mandrel are not aligned.

The temperature of the machine head is uneven.

Traction is unstable.

Compressed air is unstable.

4. Pipe bending:

The wall thickness of the pipe is uneven.

The cooling groove of the machine head and the traction cutting center are not aligned.

5. The product is brittle:

6. The longitudinal or transverse shrinkage of the pipe is large:
