Introduction: 

   MF98C rapid package dryer is used for drying woolen, polyester and cotton yarn after dyeing and bleaching.

Product Feature

1. Quick drying speed
The each batch drying time is about 2.5 hours and daily production is more than 5 ton.

2. Strong evaporating ability
Evaporation reach 110kg/hour ,it’s higher than Ratio Frequency Dryer evaporation 74.9kg/hour. Much higher than normal hot breeze dryer.

3. Low energy consumption
Adopt the hot breeze circulation system and thermal insulation material.

Main motor adopt frequency inverter control and Proportional valve control the hot steam automatically. Electric energy and thermal consumption is in lowest level.

4. High level of automation
It adopts automatic control system. The computer contains 20 different programs to realize to dry different material. It will automatically proceed the control of temperature ,breeze volume ,pressure and hot breeze recovery. MF98C adopts alarm system and urgent stop system.

5. Air filtering system
It adopts the advanced filter device to realize clean air inlet and prevent dust and foreign matter to pollute the yarn.
