IPX1234 Waterproof Testing Chamber is used for waterproof test of Outdoor lamps, household appliances, auto parts and other
electronic and electrical products.
Implementation standards:
- Comply with IEC60529:1989 +A1:1999 +A2: 2013 "Degrees of protection
provided by enclosures (IP Code)",
- GB4208-2017 "Enclosure Protection Level (IP Code)" Clauses 14.2.1,
14.2.2, 14.2.3, 14.2.4 and the requirements of Figure 3 and Figure
4.
Key Features:
- Rain Test Chamber is Suitable for IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4 waterproof grade testing of products.
- The shell is made of domestic high-quality steel plates, and the surface is spray-painted, making it beautiful and durable.
- The inner box, turntable, swing tube, etc. are all made of SUS304# stainless steel plates to ensure that they will not rust after long-term use.
- Box structure; built-in water tank, recycled water; automatic control of water
inflow, and low water level alarm detection
- There is a transparent observation window (made of tempered glass)
on the door, and LED lighting is installed inside the box to facilitate observation of internal
testing conditions.
- IPX1, 2: The drip box adopts vacuum design and is made of stainless steel;
the nozzle contact position adopts a brass cone design to
facilitate the installation of water spray nozzles.
- IPX1, 2: It has a compressed air drying function. After the test is
completed, the excess water in the drip box can be drained out to
avoid water accumulation and scaling that will block the pinholes.
(Note: The user needs to provide air source)
- IPX3, 4: The swing tube is driven by a domestic high-quality
stepper motor. The speed and angle of the swing tube are accurately
adjustable and there is no out-of-step problem (out of step: it
will cause the swing tube to move abnormally and hit the middle
turntable axis, causing damage to the equipment)
- Filtration measures: Standard high-precision filter can effectively
filter impurities in tap water; the filter element can be replaced
regularly.
- Turntable drive: Using domestic high-quality stepper motors, the
speed and angle can be set (adjustable) on the touch screen,
accurately and steplessly adjustable within the standard range, and
can automatically control forward and reverse rotation (forward and
reverse rotation: suitable for belts The sample is powered on for
testing to prevent winding).
- The test chamber is equipped with a sample power socket (AC220,
10A). The power on and off time of the sample power can be
controlled by the program: power outage (0-999min) - power on
(0-999min) - power outage (0-999min), which is suitable for samples
during testing The power needs to be turned on and off.
- The test time can be set on the touch screen, and the setting range
is: 0-999min (adjustable).
- The core control system uses a 7-inch touch screen + Panasonic PLC. The electrical components use imported brands such as LS and
Omron. The wiring technology meets the national standards. The
electrical board layout is reasonable, the wiring is firm, and the
markings are clear.
- The base of the equipment is equipped with 4 movable casters with
brakes for easy movement and fixation.
- The chassis is equipped with an embedded spare parts box, which
contains commonly used spare parts (such as hexagonal screwdrivers,
filter elements, needles, etc.) for the convenience of users to
keep and use.
