Temperature and humidity cycle test chamber can simulate different environment condition. It's appropriate for testing material heat, cold, dry resistance, humidity resistance.Suitable for electronics, electrical appliances,communications, instrumentation, vehicles, plastic products, metal, food, chemical, building materials, medical, aerospace and other products.

Requirement of AMBIENT ROOM CONDITIONS of Q1-Test Chambers:

The ambient condition of the room where the chamber will live is very important to make it running. Test chambers create a lot of heat, and with test cycling up and down the temperature spectrum, the chambers themselves require good air circulation.

Some units require 18-36 inches (or more) of clearance in all directions to work properly and to provide reliable data. Even more critical, is test chambers should operate in rooms with an average ambient temperature of 23°C (70°F).

The constant ambient room temperature will ensure that your test requirements only fluctuate when you want them to change. When the space housing the test chamber changes often, the chamber must work harder to regulate its own temperature to the programmed setting.

3, Safety relay connection is provided to protect your device under test by removing power to it when the chamber is not running.

4, RS-232 communications is for computer connection, programming can be set on computer by software, monitor testing process and automatically execute power on/off functions.

5, Fog-free viewing window and interior light makes viewing workspace freely and observe the test under best conditions.

6, Adjustable product shelf slides out for easier product access. Shelf design is non-tipping and supports large product loads.

7, Left and right side of chamber with diameter 100mm cable port for power-on test.

8, Optional electronic humidity sensor is used on all test chambers for accuracy and minimal maintenance.

9,The French Tecumseh brand is used for the circulation system of the compressor, more effective removal of oil between the condenser and the capillary and use environmentally refrigerants ( R23, R404, R507).

10.Completely independent system separate for testing in high temperature, low temperature and constant temperature & humidity environment
