Product Description:

 

Q1-Test Thermal Shock Test Chamber QT3 Series is used to test products in alternating extremes of high and low temperatures in order to observe changes in product characteristics and failure occurrence,the applicable the object material, including metals, plastics, rubber, electronic, ..., etc., can be used as the basis of its product improvement or reference.

QT3 series air-to-air thermal shock chambers circulate cold, hot, or ambient air as needed. The conditioned air is pre-cooled or pre-heated beyond the set point, allowing quicker recovery of the desired condition after transfer

Features:

1. Automatically setting of pro-cooled and pre-heated air.
2. Testing samples don't move, cable port is available for power on testing.
3. Powerful interactive touch screen controller, easy operation and setting
4 .High accurate temperature recovery with PID auto tuning, High formula memory capacity can store 120 patterns, 9999 cycles, setting time for each pattern is 9999 Hrs 59 Mins
5. Auto defrost function
6. Three sections: High temperature zone, low temperature zone, testing zone.
