Corrosion Test with Flow of Mixed Gas


1. Purpose: To simulate the corrosion of materials and products caused by corrosive atmosphere;
2. Samples: metal surfaces, electrical connections, parts, etc.;
3. Corrosive gas: SO2H2SCl2NO2;
4. H2S: Corrosion to many metals, especially silver and copper;
5. SO2: cause severe corrosion to nickel, steel, and zinc;
6. NO2: as an oxidant;
7. Cl2: When combined with H2S, it has a strong synergistic effect and can easily penetrate and be absorbed by the material.
